• Christmas cards sent to Iraq and Afghanistan as well as the Seneca Hill Nursing Home
• Cans to salvation army for the holidays
• sent 2 food baskets as well as gifts and stockings to 13 people (5 families) through a local Catholic Charities Kinship Support program
• held a Resume Workshop
• fundraising for the American Cancer Society through Daffodil Days
• tutoring at the YMCA
• adopted a family through Catholic Charities. 
• attended an info. fair, Hart Hall presentation about the Society

Local Student Teacher Scholarship:

The Epsilon Omega Chapter Student Teaching Scholarship will be awarded to one or two members (new inductees included) who are student teaching in the fall semester.  This award is based on the chapter goals of service, leadership, scholarship, and excellence in education.  The amount will be determined by the Executive Board, ranging from $25-50, depending on available resources.    

To apply, submit your resume and a cover letter to the Executive Board.  Your cover letter should indicate how you would use the funds to enrich your student teaching experience.
